* We ask that you present yourself and your animals in a professional manner.

* We encourage displays, decorations, and educational information.

* No imports or wild caught animals.

* Captive bred animals “only.”

* No venomous species.

* No native species without proper permits.

* No “giant” snake species (Burmese, African Rock, or Reticulated Pythons, or Anacondas).

I will explain my position on this to anyone that wants to know. Email at your convenience.

* Please provide hand sanitizer at your table to prevent cross contamination.

In order to help with advertisement and overhead we are asking for a…

$20.00 Table Fee for each 8 ft. x 3 ft. table (4 tables Max.)

Set up at 08:00 am / CST. Show starts at 10:00 pm / CST and ends at 04:00 pm / CST.

* Out-of-State Vendors:

Prior to entry into KY, an Annual or Individual Transportation Permit shall be obtained for all shipments of wildlife (except those specified in 301 KAR 2:082).

You would need to get a $25.00 Individual Transportation Permit if you decide to come (see "OnLine" Link below). Also, this state does not allow the sale of most normal colubrids without a propagation permit ($250.00/yr.). Most vendors don't mess with it and just sell colubrid morphs "only."


Here is the online link to get your Kentucky Transportation Permit. If you are from out of state and plan to bring reptiles and or amphibians to the show you must have this permit prior to the show. There is a $25.00 fee for this permit and you can pay this online with your credit card. Unless you have the yearly travel permit ($250.00) you must have a new travel permit before each show.
